The Mezanovci residential building (B+S+GF+2F) is a modern structure located in the Klis area, commissioned by the employer Nikola Vlašić and executed by the developer Avanti Montes d.o.o.
Special emphasis has been dedicated to structural and construction quality, making this development one of the unique structures in the region built on deep pile foundations. Within this contract, our scope of services includes full project management, comprehensive construction supervision, and coordination of all site construction contractors.
