Residential Buildings in Ravne Njive
The residential facilities Perla A (3B+GF+6F) and Perla B (3B+GF+7F) located in the Ravne Njive district currently provide permanent housing for over 100 families. The project was successfully finalized in 2025, with each asset's interior individual unit fitted out according to bespoke buyer criteria.
Throughout this project lifecycle, our management scope included fulfilling the role of project manager, providing comprehensive professional construction supervision, and ensuring full site coordination of 24 distinct construction contractors.
