The Siba complex in Kaštela comprises 3 standalone buildings containing a total of 12 residential units and 6 commercial spaces. The uppermost floors feature premium penthouse duplex apartments offering access to large private roof terraces with panoramic sea views.
Within this project, our company fulfills the role of project manager, providing comprehensive construction supervision and managing the coordination of the construction contractors.
